Polish Embassy – “ Small Grants 2015” 04/02/2015 859 Polish Embassy in Belgrade is pleased to announce that it has commenced a new edition of the competition “Small Grants 2015”. We warmly invite you to subscribe project fund requests realized from the Polish development aid. Serbian and international non-governmental organizations, institutions of social importance, the administration at central and local level, budgetary units, as well as other regional institutions and religious organizations can submit applications to refinance projects. Within program “SMALL GRANTS 2015”, projects that meet the Millennium Development Goals and support the democratic process can be refinanced – details can be found at: (www.polskapomoc.gov.pl/Millennium,Development,Goals,207.html). Small Grants can not finance: aid of acute character, support local Polish diaspora and promotion of Poland, religious and evangelical service, scientific research, a one-time cultural and sporting events. The projects should be fully implemented by 31 December 2015. Due to the complicated procedure of requires assessment, we are planning that the implementation of projects – accepted by the Commission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Poland – start in the period May-June 2015. For the evaluation of projects eligible for funding, of particular importance is the sustainability of the project and its effects. The project application should clearly demonstrate how the project will act on the target group (benefactors) after its completion. The possibility of continuing the project after it finishes is also important to the assessment when its refinance completes out of the Small Grants.
