Accredited Regional Development Agency of Podrinje, Podgorina and Radevina, in cooperation with colleagues from the Regional Centre for Development and European Integration in Belgrade, successfully implemented the first training in November, on 07. and 08.11.2014 in Ljubovija.
„Exporters for the first time“ is the training with implementation plan which aims to make the representatives of SMEs, with the acquired knowledge, to able to determine whether their company is ready for export, as well as where and how to export, alsoto inform the trainees about export strategies, potential risks and how to prevent them.
The training programme included the following topics:
1.Is the company ready to export?
2.What, where and how to export?
3.Export strategy and plan of exports.
4.Risks, finance, contracts and logistics.
