According to the Law on eliminating the consequences of the May floods in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, which was adopted 21.07.2014, the Serbian Government passed the Regulation establishing the national reconstruction programme of economic activity in the flooded area defining measures for providing grant funds to enterprises which have suffered damage in flood-hit areas.The Regulation closely explains the criteria for grants.By January 20, the Office for Reconstruction and Development will forward all LS detailed instructions on the implementation of the said State programme. We asked The Office for Reconstruction and Development about the economic operators who have suffered damage in the August floods, but the answer will be part of the official instructions that we expect. Completed application with the required supporting documents, which is defined by the Regulation on determining the national reconstruction program of economic activity in the flooded area, should be submitted to the registration office of the City Administration at the following address:
